I find it rather disturbing that someone would address a family member in such away as calling him or her a bitch or a prick. This is a very unusual way of showing love for someone who is near and dear to your heart in my opinion. This is a language I wasn’t brought up with so there fore it is really diffricult for me to grasp that someone would do such.
prick n 1: (obscene) insulting terms of address for people who are stupid or irritating or ridiculous [syn: asshole, bastard, cocksucker, dickhead,
|bitch– an unpleasant difficulty; “this problem is a real bitch”
jargon, lingo, patois, argot, vernacular, slang, cant – a characteristic language of a particular group (as among thieves); “they don’t speak our lingo”
difficulty – a condition or state of affairs almost beyond one’s ability to deal with and requiring great effort to bear or overcome; “grappling with financial difficulties”
|2.||bitch– a person (usually but not necessarily a woman) who is thoroughly disliked; “she said her son thought Hillary was a bitch”|
|3.||bitch– informal terms for objecting; “I have a gripe about the service here”
objection – the speech act of objecting
|4.||bitch- female of any member of the dog family
brood bitch – a bitch used for breeding
There has to be more love than this, I don’t care how much you may dispise a family member but they are your blood realitives and in my opinion deserve more respect than calling them an obscene name. I know for me it is diffricult and some may say it is in a joking manner. Umm I can find better ways to joke. On another note if the shoe fits wear it, it the name calling is intended to have every meaning of the word then use it but if it is for using very loosly, then forget it.
