I can do it!

Just got back from my 3 mile jog I didn’t break any world records. Found myself having to dig way down in that duffel bag and get out my “I can do it” and the “yes I can” hadn’t had to do that in 30 years of my career in the army. I’ve been out of the army now for two years and now I have to dig for that “I can do it”. I’m still recovering from a brain freeze from upstate New York I went out jogging in full under armor. You know the kind you wear for cold-weather yeah that kind! Boy was that a mistake I was overheating big-time. Tomorrow will be shorts and shirt summer under armor! I’m feeling pretty good about right now. Got my eyes on my pretty mama visiting my brother and I’m in North Carolina now and there is no snow nice weather even if it is raining right now!
