It’s not ok to just be ok, what’s holding you back?

The Trap of Mediocrity….. trapped-in the comfort zone?  Have you ever found yourself doing the same things day after day and you begin to wonder, “Is this all there is to my life?” We are meant to live in our zone of genius and when the comfort zone gets boring and downright uncomfortable that is actually a time for celebration. There is absolutely no growth in the comfort zone and nothing gets better when we do the same thing day in and day out. Once we realize this and welcome some discomfort, things begin to change.

Sometimes it takes a “wake-up” call to kick us out of mediocrity.
Sometimes it takes us just knowing that there is something else and then we must seek it out never giving up what is in our heart.
The most successful scam we pull on ourselves is “I don’t have enough time” or “I am just too busy”  Stop scamming yourself.

DESIRE + DECISION + CLEAR VISION + AWARENESS X ACTION= RESULTS

I was never all that great in Arithmetic but I can easily see the addition and multiplication in the above equation, how about you? Notice that action is the multiplying factor and that without action nothing changes.

Are you willing to change and do something different to step out of the comfort zone of your couch and T.V.?

Get a dream and make it BIG, big enough to struggle and fail and to get up again, time after time. If you are satisfied with your current situation you’re not dreaming big enough. Only through struggle will the victory come. Bring your legacy to life, it’s not ok to just be ok!  God did not bring us here to just be ok he wants much more for us.  Raise the bar on yourself! Do you think Kolbe Bryant or Michael Jordan would have stopped at high-school basketball? Do you think Dwight David Eisenhower would have stopped after 46 years of Serving in the Army?  No, of course not,  we all have more in us to give than just high-school basketball or serving in the army.  Michael and Kolbe are famous basketball player and Dwight became President of the United States after his military service.  Raise your enthusiasm, go out get more of  YOU to give! Will you fail?  Yes!  Of course cause we get frustrated, aggravated, leadership falters, undisciplined, lazy in our thinking, resentment, excuses all sort of issues will come at you but you gotta own them all and get up and get motivated! Push your own buttons.  Tackle the adversity that comes at you because yes you will get knocked down the question is will you get back up?  There are no “NO’s” but there are next ones!  There are no victories without a struggles.  The 12 disciples were not the shiniest guys Jesus picked to walk with him spreading the gospel, one was a tax collector and one denied Jesus not only once but three times. Have a sense of purpose and don’t get side tracked know what the main play is and stick to it.  Make sacrifice your ally, make time your ally, lay it on the line!  Take the leap of faith and jump the bar with you heart and soul.  Adapt to the positive message and stay excited about it! Things will change, touch your dreams! You get what you picture! Chase your dream there is a romantic battle in your head! Nurture your self imagine and foster trust and do what is right no matter what.  Always keep your integrity in check, balance and hold.  Commit to excellence to the best of your ability.  Treat people with love, kindness and care. Do not let mediocrity sit in on you.  As one awesome leader said, the difference between a champ and a chump is you. Do everything to make your game plan the best ever and go out on the field knowing you are a champ! Pick up your sword for you are a Spartan, you are a victor not a victim. You are a child of the most high God.
